(1) Technical Project Coordinator
The role: The Technical Project Coordinator role entails Planning, Coordination and providing support to technical teams working in projects to ensure timely delivery of the Project deliverables
Job Description
- Participate in Planning, Development, implementation & Coordination of projects
- Participate in the clients Business Requirements Collection, Evaluation, Design and/or Testing phases of the Project
- Coordinates and/or provides support to systems for various departments in developing the solution
- Offer technical support to system development team and the users as need arises
- Work with other team members for their technical and functional development
- Facilitate the definition of service levels and customer requirements Interact regularly with existing or potential clients to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery
- Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes
- Coordinates and/or provides the initial orientation and training to system users as required by any system implementation process
- Follow a defined, agreed upon Project Management Methodology
- Present oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management
- Coordinates and communicates development activities with Technical team and end users

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and communications plans that leverage the social media space.
- Responsible for developing content across owned and earned social channels. This could include blog posts, tweets, status updates, pins, photos and videos.
- Manage, Engage and Grow business presence across social media channels
- Devise and Manage Campaigns (including Paid Campaigns) effectively
- Leverage measurement tools to provide progress reports and mine insights, while continually finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives
Qualifications:
- 02-04 years Experience in using various Social Media platforms in a professional or business setting.
- Demonstrable understanding of social media platforms and technologies.

Video Producer is responsible for overseeing the end to end process of film production at Kuza Biashara and iridium interactive, supported by a team of well trained professionals in the film production industry.
Key responsibilities:
- Turn stories into profitable video productions
- Day to day management of the team resources within the production department
- Draw and monitor production schedules within stipulated deadlines & budgets
- Researching, reading and approving scripts
- Planning & scheduling for shoots, pre production and post production works
- Liaise and report to the necessary team supervisors on a progress of the various projects
- Hands on experience of Video Production and Post Production skills
Qualifications:
- Understand developing trends in the production market
- Have strong leadership and motivational skills
- Have ability to maintain a positive work attitude
- Have a Bachelors Degree in Film production or Media related studies
- Have prior experience in the film industry processes preferably 03 to 05 years
