If you are paying for a service or product you have every right to ensure that you get what you are looking for. If you are worried about hurting someone’s feelings while doing so, you are just doing it wrong. It won’t help your new business ideas materialize and it definitely won’t help with your business planning either. Understand at this point that the professional will not take it personally. Thus, you don’t need to worry about hurting feeling by asking something you are paying for!
If the person refuses to oblige you should start your work of choosing a vendor who is more open to opinion. There is no need to stick with someone who refuses to listen and only confronts rather brutally.
Do Not Apologize
The more you think about it, the more you will wreck your days and nights. The logic is quite simple: why should you compromise on new business ideas that you know are not good enough? Why should you settle for anything less? Communicate without stressing your mind about the aftereffects. If you want something changed, you should get it changed without feeling guilty or apologizing. You are doing nothing wrong!
