(1)Winners will be picked randomly after closing date by our team from all entries received. Our judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

(4)Prize draws and competitions are only open to Kenyan residents aged 18 years and above.
(5)Winner(s) will be notified by email or telephone within 72 hours after contest deadline. Following such notification, the winner will be required to send his or her full details so that they can be directed on how to collect the prize(s).
(6)If the winner is unreachable via the details provided at the date of the entry Kuza Biashara reserves the right to revoke the prize(s) won and either cancel the ticket or give it to another individual.
