Being passionate and defining your values will of course give you a firm ground to stand on because everyone respects a person who has values and showcases strength. When you prove that you are competent and strong, people will look up to you. Likewise, when you enjoy what you do, you will be admired. This is where passion comes in. Experts have always said that you should take up entrepreneurship only if you are passionate about it mainly because that passion will drive you into doing your best. You will enjoy working hard to achieve goals and such passion will attract people towards you.

They will enjoy working with a boss like you and respect for you in their eyes will automatically increase.
