Look at it as another one of the employee benefits you provide but do not restrict social media usage. Milliennials love their electronic devices and the Internet. Making them stop will not help your case. Instead, you can use their love for tech to expand your reach. They are probably on all major social media platforms. Use that to your advantage!
Do Not Assume or Stereotype
Whatever you may have heard or seen, it is wrong to stereotype and adopt strategies for employee benefits accordingly. Millennials are diverse and not everyone thinks or does the same. Their interests are also quite different. Understand them and add strategies accordingly but do not fall for any stereotyping.
