Increased sales and customer satisfaction are crucial factors for a company’s advancement and position in the market. One has to concentrate not only on how to increase sales but also to improve customer satisfaction. Profits encourage companies to work harder and use various marketing techniques to increase sales. Market your product

After a thorough analysis of the above, you can start marketing your products.

Effective sales team

Form an effective sales team to improve your sales. This team should work out the plan of sales for a period of one month. Encourage your employees, by giving them incentives and bonus whenever they increase sales. Every employee should have a set target. This will build a competitive environment among the employees to work harder and better.

Be Polite and Friendly

Train your employees to be polite and friendly to your customers. They should make them feel at home, when they are at your office. Never be harsh to your customers. Welcome them when they are your premises. Never keep them waiting. Address them with their correct names and should have complete information about their purchase orders. When customers call, return to the calls immediately. In case of a delay, get back to them at the earliest.

Delivery of Products

Inform your customers beforehand about the delivery dates. Do not delay delivery of products. In case of any delays, inform your customers. Apologize to your customers for the delay and send a complimentary gift as compensation for the delay. Call your customers before the delivery is made and also after the delivery is made. Ask them if they are satisfied and is there anything that needs to be worked upon.
