If there are new rules or ideas, ask around to learn about those. The more you learn, the more clarity you will have about your concepts.
Take things positively
Just because your company is encouraging you to use less paper to save the environment does not mean you have to get mad. Take it as a positive sign and think of it as your commitment for the future generation. Business management is all about being positive and looking at pro-active measures.
Don’t argue. Let go of arrogance
All changes happen for a reason and they are likely to stay. So, shouting about it is not going to do any good. Instead try saying it politely. There might be a logic behind the move. It might take a while before you figure it out. Don’t assume you can absorb it all at once. Don’t beat yourself up for not being able to deal with it immediately, or not being able to predict the changes that your business will go through.
Change is inevitable and it’s the way you deal with it that makes or breaks your business.
Seek for a better way to adapt the changes than your competitors. You will be in a lot of trouble If you don’t adapt the changes. You will give a break to your business where you can not move forward in the new business environment. Technology has changed the way business works. the traditinal ways was much more time consuming than the new media.
